International buyers can purchase any MotorVandy listing without setting foot in Malaysia. We inspect the car, hold your payment safely, de-register it with JPJ, and ship it to your door.
How exporting works
1. Tell us what you want
Send us the listing (or your wishlist) and your destination country. We confirm export eligibility and rough landed cost before anything else.
2. Independent inspection
A MotorVandy inspector verifies the car in person — condition, matching numbers, and that the registration card matches the seller — and reports back with photos and video.
3. We negotiate & purchase
Once you approve, we handle price agreement and payment to the seller through an escrow-style process, so funds only release after the car passes inspection.
4. De-registration & customs
We de-register the vehicle with JPJ, prepare the export permit, and handle Malaysian customs clearance paperwork.
5. Shipping to your port of preference
Container (RoRo or enclosed) shipping is arranged to the port you choose, with tracking. We can also help coordinate destination-side import compliance.

Which countries can MotorVandy export to?
Most countries that allow classic vehicle imports — this typically includes the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the US (25-year import rule) and EU states. We'll confirm feasibility for your destination before you commit to anything.
How is my payment protected?
Funds are held until the independent inspection confirms the car matches its listing. We never release payment to a seller before the buyer signs off.
What does the Export Desk cost?
A flat concierge fee plus pass-through costs (inspection, freight, customs agent, insurance). We provide an itemised quote before you commit.
Can I inspect the car myself instead?
Yes — you're welcome to arrange your own inspection or fly in. Our inspection is optional but recommended for overseas buyers who can't view the car in person.
What's the difference between Standard and White Glove Concierge?
Standard covers inspection, payment protection, de-registration, customs and shipping for a listing you've already chosen. White Glove additionally sources and shortlists cars on your behalf, coordinates in-person viewings, negotiates price, arranges storage and pre-shipment detailing/recommissioning, and gives you one dedicated account manager for the whole process.
